July 4, 2009 Situation Report: 20 raids, 8-year-old girl run over by Israeli settler

On July 4th, Israel conducted 20 raids into the West Bank and arrested or detained 13 people. An Israeli settler ran over an 8-year-old Palestinian girl, injuring her. In addition, Palestinians held four demonstrations against continued construction of Israel's wall through the West Bank.
