July 5, 2009 Situation Report: 23 raids, 20 arrested or detained, 16-year-old run over by Israeli settler

On July 5th, Israel conducted 23 raids into the West Bank, arresting or detaining 20 Palestinians. A 16-year-old Palestinian boy was run over by a settler car, causing him injuries.
