Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem asks Christians to remember Palestinians at Christmas

Ma’an - "We are running after peace, but it keeps evading us," Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem Fuad Tawwal told Palestinians on Saturday.

… "The world does not want to give us peace, but do not lose hope; we are working and praying for it to come, so we can all come out of this difficult situation."

As Christians around the world prepare to celebrate the birth of Christ, Tawwal sent a message to the global community. "Christians are not an island in the Holy Land, what happens to the Palestinians also happens to Palestinian Christians," he said. Read more
