Bethlehem and Hebron's high unemployment result of Israel allowing subsidized imports

PNN– According to recent studies conducted by the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics the southern districts of Bethlehem and Hebron scored the highest in unemployment rates among West Bank cities.
