Slovenia to recognize Palestine before September

Ma’an- Slovenia has promised to recognize an independent state of Palestine before September, a Fatah official said Tuesday.

Nabil Shaath met with the Slovenian president and others during a visit to Slovenia heading a delegation of Fatah leaders.

The Palestinians are planning a unilateral declaration of statehood at the United Nations General Assembly in September. Read more
