Studies show that US coverage is Israeli-centric. The main bureaus for CNN, Associated Press, Time, etc. are located in Israel and often staffed by Israelis. The son of the NY Times bureau chief is in the Israeli army;"pundit" Jeffrey Goldberg served in the IDF; Wolf Blitzer worked for AIPAC. Because the U.S. gives Israel over $8 million/day - more than to any other nation - we feel it is essential that we be fully informed on this region. Below are news reports to augment mainstream coverage.

Ma'an – Israeli forces detained six people from Hebron [in Palestinian Territory] on Monday night, the Palestinian prisoners' society and the army said Tuesday.

An Israeli army spokeswoman said six people were detained Monday but was unable to comment on the reason for the arrests.

The prisoners' society said Ayid Mohammad Salim Dodin was among those detained. Dodin spent the last five years in Israeli administrative detention without charge or trial and had only been released in June.

The other detainees were Yousef Abdul Aziz Mahmoud Haddosh, Ahmad Mazin Kalbouna from Nablus, Rami Yousef Darwish Al-Qawasma and brothers Jalal and Mohammad Yaghmour, the society said.

Some of the detainees were students at Hebron university.
