Israeli army shoots stun grenades, rubber coated bullets, tear gas at nonviolent protest

IMEMC - Dozens of people suffered the effects, on Friday, of inhaling gas fired by the Israeli army in the village of Bil’in, during the weekly non-violent protest against the wall and settlement on the tenth anniversary of Sharon’s incursion of al-Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem that sparked the second intifada.

Dozens of people, including Israeli peace activists, internationals and villagers of Bil’in participated in this non-violent demonstration. more
