Detained Palestinian legislator released

IMEMC- The Ahrar Center for Detainees Studies reported Wednesday that the Israeli Prison Authorities released, on Tuesday evening, one of the detained Palestinian Legislators, from the Tubas district in the central West Bank.
Ayman Daraghma, member of Hamas’ Change and Reform Bloc, was kidnapped from his home in March 2009 and never faced charged.

He was instead placed under Administrative Detention until he was sent, on Tuesday, to the Ofer Israeli Military court. Read more
