JTA: Jewish members of Congress

[Editor's Note: Israel self-identifies itself as "the Jewish state" and confers ownership and  special connections to Israel to what it terms as "world Jewry." Some Jewish individuals around the world have publicly repudiated this alleged ownership. Those members of the US Congress who have not yet done so, therefore, may be considered to have a conflict of interest when they vote on matters concerning Israel. For that reason we we are posting the following Jewish Telegraphic Agency article:

The Chosen: Jewish members in the 112th U.S. Congress

NEW YORK (JTA) -- The following is a list of the 39 Jewish members -- 12 senators and 27 representatives  -- who are expected to serve in the 112th U.S. Congress, which is set to convene in January:
