US official: Israel must refrain from East Jerusalem construction during freeze

Haaretz- Shas has said that it will oppose U.S. exchange offer if Jerusalem is included in the 90-day freeze; U.S. official: Whatever Netanyahu told Shas about Jerusalem is not true.
