Ma'an – Israeli authorities re-closed the sole remaining operating terminal for imports to Gaza on Monday, as the country's Jewish population observes the final days of Passover.
Palestinian liaison official Raed Fattouh said the crossing would open on Tuesday.
Gaza imports have been low over the past month, with closures imposed for holidays as well as a week-long shut-down for "security reasons" ahead of a period of intense cross-border fire between factions and Israeli forces.
On Sunday, Fattouh said 98 truckloads of goods were permitted to enter and 91,790 kilograms of domestic gas was pumped in via the Kerem Shalom crossing, while one truckload of flowers was exported to Europe.
Goods imported during the closure periods have amounted to some 25 percent of pre-siege levels.
