Because the U.S. gives Israel over $8 million/day - more than to any other nation - we feel it is essential that we be fully informed on this region. Israel seals Gaza borders

Israeli forces decided on to close all goods crossing points into the Gaza Strip on Friday, a Palestinian official said.

... all three main crossing points for food, fuel, and all other goods would be shut. The crossings have not been open on Fridays since August.... They are closed on Saturdays.
