Qaraqi: Case of Palestinian prisoners to be taken to the Hague

Palestinian Minister of Prisoners and ex-Detainees’ Affairs Issa Qaraqi announced on Wednesday that a professional committee has been established to prepare the case of Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails to be taken to the International Criminal Court at the Hague.
