Israel's prime minister cancels visit to Washington nuclear summit

The prime minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, has cancelled a planned visit to Washington next week where he was to attend a summit on nuclear security.

...made the decision after learning that a group of countries... intended to raise the issue of Israel's presumed nuclear arsenal.
