AIPAC praises US for boycotting UN racism conference

Ma'an- The pro-Israel group AIPAC praised the Obama administration Thursday for its decision not to participate in the UN's commemoration of the Durban World Conference Against Racism.

The event, scheduled to take place in New York in September, "unfairly singled out Israel" and "displays intolerance and anti-Semitism," a US senator's letter circulated in an AIPAC statement explained. Read more
