Israeli forces shot Gaza man in leg

Ma'an – Israeli forces shot and injured a 20-year-old Palestinian man on Monday evening in the southern Gaza Strip, medics said.

Medical officials said Hamouda Sami Al-Najjar was shot in his leg after Israeli troops opened fire from a military tower east of Khan Younis.

An Israeli military spokeswoman said she was unaware of the incident.
