June 21, 2009 Situation Report - 47 raids, etc

On June 21st the Israeli military conducted 47 raids into the Palestinian Territories, destroying and confiscating private property, incarcerating 33 Palestinians, including a child, a student, and a police officer, and closed off numerous roads and villages, etc... Israeli settlers set fire to a Palestinian farmer's house with people inside...

Palestinian resistance members fired two mortars...

The family of a woman political prisoner appealed to the Red Cross to save her life. She needs surgery to her heart valve but Israeli authorities refuse to allow this.
