Abbas willing to continue peace talks if Israel halts settlement construction

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is willing to go back to the peace-negotiating table and un-freeze talks with Israel if the US administration succeeds in forcing a halt to settlement construction and reforms Israeli reservations on the establishment of a viable Palestinian state, he said in an interview.
