Studies show that US coverage is Israeli-centric. The main bureaus for CNN, Associated Press, Time, etc. are located in Israel and often staffed by Israelis. The son of the NY Times bureau chief is in the Israeli army;"pundit" Jeffrey Goldberg served in the IDF; Wolf Blitzer worked for AIPAC. Because the U.S. gives Israel over $8 million/day - more than to any other nation - we feel it is essential that we be fully informed on this region. Below are news reports to augment mainstream coverage.

Man dies fleeing Israeli forces near Nablus

Ma'an
A young man died while speeding away from Israeli forces in the northern West Bank on Thursday, according to Palestinian medics and Israel's military.

...A purported eyewitness told Ma'an that Israeli forces were pursuing Qawariq's car, which had driven past a temporary military checkpoint along the road between Beeta and A'qraba, two villages south of Nablus.

"He was surprised by a temporary checkpoint in front of him... He was unable to stop [in time] and Israeli forces chased him," the witness added. "A number of Israeli soldiers began shooting at the car, after which he lost control. It flipped and killed him instantly." Full story
