Israeli forces detain 65-year-old Nablus woman

Israeli forces detained a 65-year-old Palestinian woman, Rabi’a Bilal, from the northern West Bank city of Nablus after ransacking her home on Sunday morning, a rights group said.

According to Ahrar Center for Prisoners Studies and Human Rights, five of Rabi’a’s sons were jailed in Israel, one of whom, Ubada, is blind.

Israeli forces detained two other Palestinians in Hebron overnight Saturday, a military official said. Over 500 Palestinians were detained inside Israel over the weekend, allegedly for working without permits. Full story
