Qusra village farmers driven off fields by settlers

Ma'an – Armed Israeli settlers from the illegal community of Migdalim accosted a group of Palestinian farmers from the Qusra village on Friday morning, and demanded that they leave the fields or face injury, farmers reported.

Ghassan Doughlas, the official responsible for settlement activity in the northern West Bank, said the farmers were driven away from their lands and unable to harvest crops for the day...

Doughlas called on nations supporting the peace process to demand protection for Palestinians from violent settlers, saying the continued aggression could damage hopes for a just solution to the settlement issue. Full story
