Israeli Forces Shoot Palestinian Worker

The Palestinian Information Center - A Palestinian worker collecting gravel east of Gaza city was shot by the Israeli occupation forces and sustained injuries, medical sources said on Monday.

Adham Abu Salmiya, the spokesman for medical services, told the PIC that the worker was slightly wounded in the incident.

He added that the soldiers fired at a group of workers in Shujaia suburb using machineguns and injured one of them who was hospitalized. [Over 110 such workers have been injured by Israeli forces since March.] Read more
