Israeli forces enter Gaza amid gunfire

Maan News Agency - Gaza residents on the outskirts of Khan Younis reported Wednesday an Israeli force entering the Gaza borders, penetrating some 200 meters beyond the Green Line.

The force entered under the cover of gunfire, witnesses said, and included three military vehicles and an armored bulldozer.

An Israeli military spokesman said he had no reports of fire in the area.
