Guinea-Bissau supports Palestinian state

Wafa– President of Guinea-Bissau Malam Sanhá Sunday stressed his country’s support of the Palestinians’ pursuit to establish their state within 1967 borders next September.

Sanhá received Palestinian Ambassador to Senegal, Abdel Rahim Al-Farra, Sunday night and said his country will work with neighboring states and the international community to support the plan for the Palestinian state.

Al-Farra informed the Guinea-Bissauan president and foreign minister of the latest updates in the Palestinian Territory under the Israeli systematic policy of land confiscation, settlement expansion and restrictions on movement of Palestinians, especially in Jerusalem. Read more
