Army erects 'searching room' at south Tulkarem village

Israeli troops erected a small room on Thursday to search people at the entrance of Kherbet Jabara village, south of Tulkarem, which is the main entrance for farmers to enter the Far’oun, Kfr Sour and Ar-Ra’s villages.

Ma’an's correspondent reported back that the room is basically inside of a vehicle that has electronic machines inside to search the farmers' belongings, adding that this latest step had led to severe delays.

The farmers accused the Israeli authorities of installing the system as part of an eventual attempt to confiscate their lands.
