3 Palestinians injured as Israeli army bombards Gaza

IMEMC- Israeli Air Force bombarded, late on Tuesday at night, an area east Gaza city causing damage to several structures and mildly wounding three residents.

Local sources reported an F-16 Israeli fighter-jet fired at least two missiles into some sheds close to the Al Salaam Mosque in Al Shujaeyya neighborhood , east of Gaza City.

The sheds were damaged while three residents wrere moved to the Al Shifa Hospital in Gaza city suffering mild injuries.

The Israeli army claimed that soldiers targeted a siege-busting tunnel in the area., and destroyed it.

The army also said that the bombardment comes in retaliation to homemade shells fired into Israeli areas adolescent to Gaza.

Earlier on Tuesday, soldiers bombarded Al Masdar village, in central Gaza, killing two Palestinians and wounding one. Read more
