Studies show that US coverage is Israeli-centric. The main bureaus for CNN, Associated Press, Time, etc. are located in Israel and often staffed by Israelis. The son of the NY Times bureau chief is in the Israeli army;"pundit" Jeffrey Goldberg served in the IDF; Wolf Blitzer worked for AIPAC. Because the U.S. gives Israel over $8 million/day - more than to any other nation - we feel it is essential that we be fully informed on this region. Below are news reports to augment mainstream coverage.

Israeli troops fire at citizens homes south of Gaza

PIC- Israeli occupation forces (IOF) opened machinegun fire at Palestinian homes and cultivated land lots east of Khan Younis, south of the Gaza Strip, on Wednesday morning.

Media sources said that IOF soldiers stationed at the Kissufim military position to the east of the city opened heavy fire at the Palestinian residential neighborhoods in Qarara and Khuza’a.

They said that the shooting did not cause any casualty but spread panic among the civilians especially women and children.
